Financial titan Warren Buffett is an expert in all things money ... so naturally we asked him the most hard-hitting money question we could think of: WHEN IN THE CLUB, DOES HE LIKE TO MAKE IT RAIN?????

That's right, 82-year-old Warren (who's reportedly worth about $50 BILLION) was out in DC Saturday attending some fancy-schmancy shindig when our photog took the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to pry into the biz mogul's clubbing habits. 

But you gotta check out the video ... because while Warren doesn't say much ... it's clear he knows EXACTLY what it means to "make it rain." 

And we ain't talkin' weather.
