Lack of Near-Term Market Confidence in Annual Letter
Weekend Release — The much read annual letter to shareholders was
published yesterday morning (Saturday). Despite the financial crisis, Buffett's
letter was of typical length, but seemed generally light on thoughts for
Berkshire or the market amidst this turmoil. All in, we are not comforted that
Berkshire stock is particularly well-positioned in the current market
environment.
