LOS ANGELES, Feb 11 (Reuters) - Berkshire Hathaway Inc (BRKa.N) on Wednesday said USG Corp (USG.N) shareholders had approved the conversion into stock of the $300 million of notes held by the Warren Buffett-controlled company.
Upon conversion, Berkshire will own 34.6 percent of USG, or 43.39 million shares, Berkshire said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. (Reporting by Nichola Groom; editing by Carol Bishopric)
